At Deep Roots Herbal Care, your satisfaction and wellness matter deeply to us. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using wild-foraged and organic ingredients, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.
➤ Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

➤ Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
➤ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@deeprootsherbalcare.com. Include photos and a brief description so we can resolve the issue quickly.
